RETURNS

Returns & refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt subject to availability. The customer is subject to delivery costs when handling a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You will receive your refund in store credit. The initial shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of returning the clothes is your own responsibility and will not be covered by us.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopvintagecollective@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please make sure that the return shipment is sent with package tracking and that you keep the receipt. If the package is lost and you have shipped without tracking, we cannot give you a refund. 


Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
Since items are one-of-a-kind vintage, exchanges are not possible.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to the price of your returned item.
